My current lingerie obsessions
Although I pride myself on, haha, more… intellectual… pursuits, who am I kidding - I’m as covetous as the next person and I love nice things! Still, my pride does not allow me to purchase lingerie for myself - someone else ought to purchase it for me. Here are some pieces I’ve been drooling and dreaming of:
The Grace Three Piece Set from mmlatex
I’ve heard incredible things about mmlatex and I had a pretty hard time picking just one thing for this post, but the bright red here really bowls me over - and needless to say I LOVE their choice to shoot with models with natural body hair. Can you believe I actually don’t own any latex? I felt I had to go all in rather than collect bits and bobs, if I were ever to go there, and most latex isn’t to my taste - but I find this brand extremely tasteful. I also really love the Faye dress and the Minnie set. Honestly, I’d be delighted to wear anything they make.
The Seirian Waspie from Orchid Corsetry
I’ve had the pleasure to wear Orchid Corsetry’s outstanding corsets before and they are absolutely wonderful. You really don’t come across that kind of craftwomanship and passion every day. I have a strong back and relatively small breasts, so overbust corsets don’t do much for me; I’ve been eyeing this waspie for a while. I also imagine it would look quite good over clothes - a long black dress perhaps…
Lily Embroidered Set by Fleur du Mal
Is there anything more suggestive than white lace - suggestive of innocence and its impending corruption? (Actually, since adding this to my wishlist, I’ve received another white lace set, so perhaps I’d go for a different colour. Not that I wouldn’t love to feel like a bride about to be deflowered. I would.)
I’m gutted that I didn’t buy Fleur du Mal’s tomato set while I had the chance. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. You don’t often come across a sense of humour when shopping for lingerie.
